Under our management we can provide any of the following:
| Basic Keyholder services: |
Check property once a week guaranteed throughout the year. |

| Emergency call out service. |

| Garden maintenance: |
From the general up keep of the garden to cutting grass |
£15.00 per hour |
| Up keep of property: |
I.e. painting/decoration (Work only to be done on client approval) |

| Cleaning services: |
(depending on size of property) |

| Window cleaning: |
Regular window cleaning |
£12.50 per hour |
| Laundry Service: |
(bed linen is charged at £5 per person. Towels laundered are an extra £1 per person) |

| Babysitter: |
Qualified child minder |

| Key hand over service: |
(Responsible for handing over the key to tenant, checking and liaising with the cleaner, making sure the laundry is all correct and any damage or breakages are checked and replaced) |

| Call out service for tenant during stay (to deal with any issues) |
£25.00 per hour |
